Like all girls I am crazy about the beauty products, everything from crèmes, lotions, shampoos to nail polishes and bath oils.I love to try new things and I am always searching for the prefect product. Funny enough, every time I buy something, I believe I found the ideal one.

Right now I am very keen on a nail polish from Ciaté. It is a French brand that I just discovered. They have great shades, very user friendly and most importantly the color stays for a while without chipping. Since I am a mum, my nails go through a lot every day, so the nail polish that is able to take it and stays on for a few days is pretty awesome.

A big plus is a cute bottle with a small black ribbon – lovely enough not to be hidden in the cupboard.

My new favorite perfume is La Tulipe from the Swedish brand Byredo. It is a small perfume house that creates unique scents and sells them only at selected stores. I got it as a gift from my husband a few weeks ago. I was lost after the first smell.

Last but not least on my bathroom counter is a bowl with my favorite watches and bracelets. I have to admit that I can´t go out without my „arm candy“.

I am sitting with a cup of tea on my couch, candlelight and some nice mellow music – just the way I like fall evenings.

While browsing my favorite sites I found the first pictures of the much talked about collection that Missoni did for Lindex. Lindex is a Swedish chain quite big in Scandinavia, but I am not sure how known it is in Germany?

I do like the latest collections they have in stores, much more than I liked their stuff before. Their prices are slightly above H&M, but i would say that their quality is as well.

The collaboration with Missoni got really good reviews from the fashion people here in Sweden and I´m quite curious to check it out.

I do not own one single piece from any designers´ collections for high street brands. I was always quite disappointed by the quality plus I have to mention that I never felt like standing in line for hours to buy a piece.

From this Missoni Collection I could imagine getting the kids’ stuff for my girls.

Designers’ collaborations with popular brands have been discussed widely here in the fashion scene and as with many things; there is more than one way to look at it. I am not the biggest fan, but always open to be positively surprised.

Well, see for yourself, the Lindex – Missioni collection will hit off and online-stores on September 25.

Since Monday everybody and everything is back to daily life here in Sweden. School has started and the holidays are officially over.

Also for one of my girls school routine has started again and we discovered once again how fast kids are growing over the summertime. Is that because of the sun?:)

Well, no matter why, we need to buy new clothes for the little one.

“How to kiss a frog” is a Stockholm based brand that designs wonderful children clothes.

The prices are reasonable, maybe not for a day in the mud and rain, but there are always occasions when the small ladies want to dress up. Both of my girls really like to wear their clothes, at least as far as a 5 months old baby can decide on that

I really love the campaign: they always put a lot of love in the pictures and the set up.So I­­ am pretty sure we will find some nice dresses and blouses in the new collection. The Christmas dresses also look very nice. However, that seems still so far away.

I always enjoy redecorating our house. It is unbelievable how small details can change the whole feel of a room. That´s why there are always projects going on around our place. Right now my husband and I are planning a new winter garden. If everything goes well we will be done before the cold winter comes.

In our house we mix old and new design, classic with modern pieces, expensive and cheap. Just like in fashion I love experimenting with different styles. Here is a touch of my home:)
