Longing for the vintage

Subtle elements in the vintage style will create warmth and comfort in every modern home.

A quick and simple way to bring this style into your place is the “Five-Item-Rule”: choose no more than five pieces per one room.

Today I will give you five suggestions for your kitchen:

My home

Today I would like to take you for another tour around my place. The  livingroom and dining area, to be exact.

We recently replaced our Eames chairs at the dinner table with the Y-chairs from Hans Wegner. Wow, what a difference! The new ones are so much more comfortable.

Of course, after we changed the chairs, we felt that also the table didn´t fit any more. We spent quite some time searching for a substitute. We found The One simply by mistake. After all, life is about taking the chances:)

By the way, when i write „we“, I mean me and my husband. He has just a little to say, but therefore more to pay ;-) Luckily we both like it that way !

For now, I am quite pleased with the livingroom-dining area. Let´s see how long it stays that way.

Have a great week everyone.

Love from Stockholm,

Tilla
