They are based in a small town called Leura in the Blue Mountains – a World Heritage site just outside Sydney.  They pride themselves on making everything by hand and using only the finest natural and organic ingredients. They also have a beautiful shop and spa.

In JapaneseThe name Ikou means ‚to rest, relax & restore‘, which I certainly did on my visit there.
